Caboolture is situated approximately 45 minutes drive north of Brisbane at the foot of the D’Aguilar mountain range. It is surrounded by a great diversity of scenery with the Glasshouse Mountains to the north, Moreton Bay to the east and the D’Aguilar mountain range to the west. Residents are able to take advantage of their proximity to these natural features, enjoying fine dining in the hinterland, a variety of water sports on the Bay and rainforest/mountain walks in the rustic rural countryside.
The mild, subtropical climate of the region, i.e. warm summers and mild, mostly dry winters contributes to the enjoyment of the natural beauty of the surrounds.
