Facilities at Caboolture Special School focus on ensuring the provision of multiple opportunities for students to access and engage in the curriculum. Each cluster of classes has a diverse range of ICT devices including computers with adaptive software and access equipment, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices, interactive white boards, classrooms with sound field amplification equipment. These facilities and equipment illustrate the school's innovative approach to integrating ICT in the curriculum.

The school home economics classroom and a canteen support Food technology programmes as well as the classroom based facilities and equipment.

Playground and gym equipment designed and located across relevant sites within the school provide active learning areas to foster the Smart Moves programs within the school.

The school hall complex, a hub of many school programs and activities, can be accessed by the public for community meetings and events.

There are dedicated facilities for Performing and Visual Arts, dedicated computer laboratories, Resource Centre, sports equipment rooms, therapy and sensory rooms and a range of meeting rooms for parents and carers and staff.

The chaplain has a dedicated 'Rainforest room' where staff and students can meet for both individual and group sessions with the chaplain.
